Orders are typically packaged and dispatched within 3–7 business days, unless otherwise stated (for example during pre-orders or back-ordered items).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey.

Australian Shipping

We ship Australia-wide using trusted courier and postal partners.

• Free shipping is available on Australian orders over $250.
• Shipping costs for orders under this amount are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
• Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days
• Express Shipping: 1–4 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on location and peak shipping periods.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to selected countries, with shipping rates calculated at checkout based on destination.

Please note:

Customs duties, import taxes or handling fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

For example, UK orders over £135 may incur duties collected by Royal Mail prior to delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer as we are unable to calculate or pay these in advance.

Back Orders & Pre-Orders

If an item in your order is on back order or pre-order, your order will be dispatched once the product becomes available unless otherwise specified on the product page.

We will always aim to communicate expected dispatch dates as clearly as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout.

Moon & Back Collective cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
