Refund and Returns Policy
At Moon & Back Collective, every piece is designed to bring a little magic into family homes. We truly hope you love your order, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• Unused and unwashed
• In their original condition
• Returned with original packaging and tags attached
To request a return, please email [your email address] with your order number and a brief description of the reason for return. Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item.
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
We take great care with every order. However, if your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos of the item
We will organise a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.
Pre-Orders
Some Moon & Back Collective pieces are offered as pre-orders.
Pre-order items require full payment at the time of purchase to reserve your item.
Estimated shipping timeframes are provided on the product page. While we do our best to meet these dates, delays can occasionally occur due to manufacturing or shipping timelines outside our control.
If your order includes both in-stock items and pre-order items, your order may be shipped together once the pre-order item arrives unless separate shipping has been arranged.
Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund prior to dispatch. Once dispatched, our standard return policy applies.
Final Sale Items
Items marked Final Sale, Clearance, or Legacy Sale are not eligible for return or refund, unless the item is faulty.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to update or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at [your email address].
We will always do our best to assist. However, once an order has been processed or dispatched, we may not be able to make changes or cancel the order.
Pre-order items may be cancelled any time before dispatch.
Product Variations
Many of our products are made from natural cotton fabrics and printed textiles. Because of this, slight variations in colour, texture, or print placement may occur between production batches and individual pieces. These small variations are considered normal and part of the character of the fabric.
Product Use & Safety
All Moon & Back Collective products are designed for comfort, quality, and everyday family living. Customers are responsible for ensuring products are used appropriately and safely.
When using bedding for infants and young children, we recommend following current Red Nose Australia safe sleep guidelines.
Moon & Back Collective is not responsible for misuse of products or use outside recommended safety guidelines.
